Colita has been awarded the Premio Nacional de Fotografía 2014 (Spanish Photography Prize 2014), in recognition of her outstanding career spanning more than five decades as a photographer in various media, her engagement with her times, and especially her defence of women’s rights.

 Artes Gráficas Palermo has printed a book for the publisher Editorial RM Verlag that presents a highly representative sample of the photographer’s work.
